Welcome! 👋

This app is how we write down repacking — when a big bulk bag is split into small retail pouches.

You type in what you opened and what you made. The app updates our stock numbers and tells the team — so nobody has to count it again later.

It takes about 2 minutes to read this. You only need to do it once.

The whole job

1.Find the product you are repacking.
2.Say how many bulk bags you opened, and how many pouches you made.
3.Press Add to Batch. At the end of your session, press Submit All.

That's it. The steps below just show you what each screen looks like.

Unlock with the PIN

Type the warehouse PIN and tap Unlock. Ask whoever set you up if you don't know it.

You only type the PIN once per session, not for every repack.

Tap your name

This is just so the record shows who did the work. Nobody is checking up on you — it helps if someone has a question about a batch later.

Name not on the list? Type it in the box at the bottom and tap Set.

The tablet remembers your name. To change it later, tap your name in the top-right corner.

Find the product

Type a few letters of the name — you don't need the whole thing, and spelling only has to be close enough. Then tap the product you want.

Nothing found? Try a shorter word — prali instead of praline 60%.

Red card — what you opened

The red card at the top is the big bag you cut open. Check the size in the drop-down is right, then set how many bags you opened with the − and + buttons.

The app already picks the biggest size for you, because that is usually the bulk one. Tap the drop-down if it guessed wrong.

Seeing an orange ⚠ Stock shows 0 warning? That is fine — it only means our numbers were already behind. Carry on as normal.

Green card — what you made

The green card lists every smaller size. Put the number of finished pouches next to the right one. Leave everything else at 0.

Batch expiry at the bottom is optional. If the pouches carry a best-before date, tap it and pick the date — it saves someone hunting for it later.

Leftovers (only if there are any)

Bit of loose product left in the tub that didn't fill a pouch? Write it here in your own words. It gets used for taster packs.

Nothing left over? Skip this card entirely.

Press “Add to Batch”

This just saves it on this tablet. Nothing has been sent anywhere yet, so there is nothing to be nervous about.

The app hops back to the search screen so you can go straight into the next one. Do as many as you like — they stack up in the batch.

Check the list before sending

Tap Batch at the top of the screen to see everything you have done. Tap Edit to fix a number, or × to throw one away.

This list is safe. It survives if the tablet sleeps, the app closes, or the Wi-Fi drops. It will still be here tomorrow.

Press “Submit All”

The app asks you once to be sure. Tap Yes, Commit and wait a few seconds — don't close the app while it is working.

Green message = done

A green bar at the bottom means it worked. The entries disappear from the list, the stock numbers are updated, and the team gets a WhatsApp message.

Things worth knowing

👀You cannot break anything by looking. Tap around, open products, back out again. Nothing is recorded until you press Submit All.
↩️The ← arrow at the top left takes you back to search and forgets the worksheet you were on.
🔢Count pouches, not grams. The app never does maths on your numbers — it records exactly what you type.
📶If the Wi-Fi is bad, keep adding to the batch anyway. Submit when the signal is back.
🙋Not sure about something? Leave it in the batch and ask. An unsent entry is easy to fix; a sent one is not.

Buttons you can ignore most days

These are for unusual jobs. Skip this bit unless someone asks you to use one.

+ Add another bulk (blend): You opened two or more different bulk bags and mixed them together into one product.
+ Add from another product: The pouches you made are listed under a different product name in our system. Search for it here and add it.
Deduct bulk (the tick box): Untick it when you packed from loose leftovers, so there is no big bag to take away.
Bulk not on Shopify?: The bag you opened isn't in our system at all. Describe it in words and the office will sort it out.
Scanner off / Turn on: For the barcode scanner. Leave it off unless you have been shown how to use it — while it is on, typing goes to the scanner instead of the boxes.

If something looks wrong

A red “Failed” message on an entry: Nothing was sent for that one. It stays in the list — press Submit All again in a minute. If it keeps failing, tell someone; don't delete it.
An orange “Interrupted — check Shopify” message: The app lost connection halfway through sending. Don't press submit again. Show it to someone who can check our stock first, or it could be counted twice.
“Incorrect PIN”: Just a typo — type it again. Nothing is lost, and your batch is still there.
You already pressed submit and the numbers were wrong: Don't try to fix it by repacking backwards in the app. Tell the office the product name and roughly when — they can correct it properly.
